As you breath out let go of all negative thoughts, other people's opinions or experiences that might be crowding your mind. Picture them as dark clouds floating away into the soothing violet flames that transmutes them all away. If that isn't enough you can then proceed to stepping into the violet flames and immersing yourself into what has now become violet and golden flames. At this moment you can renew yourself with an overflow of love.
Place your hands on your heart and accept this love as it flows all throughout your body and organs.
