It’s been a while, hasn’t it? Life has felt like a whirlwind, and I’ve been swept along like a leaf in the wind. I worked tirelessly to prepare for August, but in the end, it didn’t amount to much. Why? Because someone else’s needs had to come first.

There was an inner struggle—wanting to prioritize my own needs but feeling the pull to help someone who made things difficult. Interestingly, when I stepped back and created some distance, they began to take care of themselves.

Now, here I am, starting over financially. I’m still chasing my dream of owning a camper, but this time, I’m determined—there won’t be shared expenses or compromises. This effort is for me.

I’ve realised something about myself: I’ve always found it hard to give to myself. Even when I did, it never felt fulfilling. I didn’t need much to feel content because, for so long, I believed my true wealth was within.

Through it all, I’ve discovered incredible strength and determination within myself—a drive to keep going, no matter the challenges. Trust me, there were moments when I was barely crawling forward. But I often wondered, why has it been such an uphill battle for me to claim even the smallest joys that others seem to enjoy effortlessly? Why did I always have to fight just to feel like I could simply “be”?

Looking back, I’ve realized that I never quite fit in. I was always the outsider, the black sheep. Maybe it’s because my inner light was just too bright for others to handle. And honestly, that’s why I cherish my alone time—I lose myself around people. I shrink. I dim my light.

The more I reflected, the more I noticed how, in group settings, there was always someone trying to bring me down. Someone accusing me of things, projecting their insecurities onto me, until I felt lost and, eventually, unwell.

I had become everyone’s emotional dumping ground—their metaphorical dartboard. They’d throw their criticisms and assumptions at me, and while they might not have been entirely true, they were sharp enough to wound.

More times than I can count, I’ve felt like David facing Goliath. My soul grew tired—tired of being around people who couldn’t let me shine, tired of dimming my light to make others feel comfortable. Even among those who claimed to like me, there was always a sense of unease, an energy that felt off. Sometimes, it even felt like I was facing their quiet resentment, their “evil eye.” And so, I needed time away.

So, let me ask you: are you dimming your light?

Are you burying your true potential just to keep others comfortable?

Exhausted from grueling 13 to 14-hour shifts with no days off, I lay on my bed feeling completely drained. In that moment, I envisioned everything being engulfed in light, a door closing, and then hearing the words, "It is all gone. Now it is time to begin again."

It wasn’t a grand, magical epiphany or a dramatic wow moment. It was quiet, subtle, and instant. I sat up and decided to create something new. I began to wonder—had I been clinging to things that no longer served me, simply out of fear? Fear of letting go? Fear of trying something new? I realized I had been holding onto past relationships that no longer allowed me to grow, to blossom. The clarity of that moment was undeniable. It was as though a part of me had ended, making way for a rebirth.

The pain, the hurt, the anger—they were gone, wiped clean, as if someone had reset my life slate. I didn’t feel the need to question it; I just knew. Those who are meant to remain in my life, tied by the bonds of the soul family, will stay. And if they don’t, I’ve made peace with that. These connections, when genuine, never truly fade—they are part of the journey.

For the first time in what felt like forever, I felt excitement as I embraced the new beginning. So, here’s the question: Are you ready to take your leap of faith?

A New Year and an opportunity to rewrite the narrative of your life!

A time to rewrite the chapter of your life by changing the mindset and rewiring the brain. What action are you going to take to allow your goals to manifest?

This year is the year to start making those changes and release everything that no longer serves your growth.

To make my dreams possible and take that step, I took on a job which means commuting long distances so I can create those rungs on my ladder of possibilities. The naysayers of course have plenty to say on why  I would choose to do this, But I know that each step I take brings me closer to my dreams.

I have never been more content as I reflect on the growth within. Own that journey and don't allow anyone to poke holes or cast shadows into what could be the best decision you could ever make!!
